Granted by Leading House Asia, ETH Zurich as Innovation Partnership Award, Swiss China Business Academy (SCBA) is an applied science-oriented program providing a methodology not only for Swiss SMEs to obtain “”must-be” knowledge on entry in China but a solid preliminary base for future localised marketing techniques. As an efficient instrument and a fastlane to enter the Chinese market, it is a guided journey from which Swiss SMEs benefit from the localized marketing techniques and being coached to build up strategic business relations and ecosystem, being a constructional preparation under less cost and time input. The objective is to increase the success rate of Swiss firms by presenting objective analysis and practical techniques during their cooperation with Chinese partners and business relocation, and a leverage to encourage and assist Chinese investors to strategically map out their activities in Europe with Switzerland focused.
